Taken from Nova to explain how this works:
If you would like to get a character design from me with one of these pallets, just comment with your bid below. You must bid at least 5 points higher than the previous bid.
If you win, I will ask you if you'd like any accessories and if you'd like any specific markings, but anything else is up to me.
You can later change the gender/hairstyle and specie :>
Once you buy the pallete, you can't have a refund after you get the character.
